This is a lovely quality blouse weight silk print (similar to crepe de chine) from a NY designer, lightweight, semi-sheer with a soft drape. The print is a wonderful hibiscus flora l (21" repeat) in shades of yellow, red, orange, lime, fuschia, etc. (PANTONE 14-0760, 18-1664, 15-0146, 16-1356, etc.).
