Fischer Hammerset Anchor EA II The installation-friendly Hammerset anchor for multiple fixings. Simple Hammerset installation: no slippage during assembly due to the pronounced edge on the anchor sleeve. Use of standard metric screws and threaded rods lowers complexity. Power-saving series installation with machine setting tool EA II S-SDS. Visual control due to embossing. ETA approval for multiple fixings. The fischer Hammerset anchor EA II is an internal threaded anchor made of zinc-plated steel. The Hammerset anchor is set flush to the surface of the anchoring base using the hammer. With the setting tool EHS Plus or the machine setting tool EMS the sleeve is expanded by driving in the internal rod and expands against the drill hole wall. For correct expansion to take place, no torque must be applied to the screw or the threaded rod. The fischer Hammerset anchor EA II is ideal for fixing sprinkler systems, gratings, and consoles in internal areas with approval. Applications Sprinkler systems Steel constructions Machines Consoles Shuttering props Building Materials Suitable for: Concrete C20/25 to C50/60, cracked, for the multiple fixings of non-load-bearing systems Concrete C20/25 to C50/60, non-cracked Concrete C12/15 Natural stone with dense structure Installation The EA II is suitable for pre-positioned installation. Position the hammerset anchor in the drill hole and drive in flush to the surface of the anchor base using the hammer. The sleeve is then expanded by driving in the internal bolt with the EHS Plus setting tool (alternative: EMS machine setting tool), and expanded against the drill hole wall. The setting tools must sit on the rim of the anchor to ensure correct expansion.
