This is a small cut (about 5.25 yards) from a designer sample room, a wonderful cotton twill backed with a lightweight white fusible (this can be easily peeled off if you prefer no t to use it). The quality of the cotton twill is wonderful, and the fabulous blue and green swirling graphic is eye-catching and fashion forward (PANTONE 15-5516, 15-0146, 17-4139, etc.). It has a small bit (about 10%) mechanical stretch in the width, if you remove the fusing, and is medium weight with a more firm drape.
