Meet "Bad Bob" Bob Reynolds – winner of the 2022 Anchorage Fur Rendezvous "Mountain Goat" beard contest – has been growing beards on and off for more than 50 years. After supposedly retiring in 2015, he started growing longer beards and began tinkering with beard oil ingredients to combat Alaska's dry, cold, windy and otherwise unforgiving climate.
