This is a fabulous printed stretch cotton twill from a NY designer, with a tweedy chevron design in espresso and taupe (PANTONE 19-0508, 16-1210...ish). The base fabric is medium w eight with a cottony drape and about 15% stretch in the width only. The reverse is white-ish and not meant to be seen.
