Our nourishing 55% drinking chocolate makes luxurious, full bodied hot cocoa for cozy nights. It's also used to prepare our cult classic Iced Drinking Chocolate: Lush, dreamy drink ing chocolate over ice. Recipes below. Our organic drinking chocolate is handcrafted in small batches from single origin regenerative Ucayali cacao and unrefined coconut sugar. We slow-roast whole cacao beans and stone-grind them into a paste. The paste is then set into blocks of cacao, which we grind into a powder. Unlike processed cocoa powder, we use the whole cacao bean, including the cacao butter, to provide a remarkably smooth, rich and robust drinking chocolate. Show more
