The dry white wine is fermented at a cool 50 F for 30 to 35 days, with 18% of the wine put down to stainless steel drums. The cold fermentation accentuates the fruit and retains the aromatic qualities and crisp acidity. This bottled wine has 14.2% alcohol by volume.
