Documents dating back to 1520 mention the Carillon family, confirming their deep Burgundian roots. In tribute to his ancestors and the hardworking vintners of that generation, Fran çois Carillon crafted the 'Cuvée des 5 Siècles' (Five Centuries Cuvée), celebrating 500 years of winemaking heritage from 1520 to 2020. Tasting Note: Aromas of apple, citrus, nuts and oak. Full-bodied with good acidity.
