FOSTEX PM Series Speaker The PM0.4d, a flagship wired active speaker that prioritizes sound quality, has been redesigned. The new PM0.4c features improved connectivity and operabil ity. Housed in a slim, compact enclosure with a rear bass reflex design, it features a high-performance 30W + 30W digital amplifier. This active speaker delivers rich musicality with its superior playback capabilities. The amplifier that drives the speaker uses the same digital system as the PM0.4d, but has been changed to a single-sided design that has proven successful in models such as the PM0.3. This improves cable management and allows for the power switch and volume control to be operated in one place. The woofer, which produces powerful sound, uses a glass fiber diaphragm and up-rolled rubber edge. The tweeter uses a silk diaphragm to achieve clear sound quality. Equipped with an auto standby mode. If the input remains below a certain level for approximately 15 minutes, the unit will automatically switch to standby mode, the power indicator will change from blue to red, and power consumption will be reduced to approximately 0.5W. When an input signal is received again in standby mode, the unit will automatically turn on and you can enjoy music again.
