From a NY designer and made in France, this is a wonderful dress/suiting weight stretch jacquard with 15% stretch in the width only, with a gorgeous "newsprint" floral design in sh ades of gray, black and white, reversing on the opposite side. Either side can be used as the face. It has cottony drape with a slight pique-like texture.
