World-premiered in October 1993 at the New York Film Festival, this French-backed documentary is an assemblage of lost footage about Orson Welles' aborted 1942 three-part Latin Ame rican film "It's All True." The first half-hour of the documentary sketches the events surrounding Welles' trip to Brazil to shoot a major documentary.
