JHS Pedals released the Panther Analog Delay in 2011, and after making several improvements, including downsizing it to half the size, which was thought to be impossible, they completed the Panther Cub two years later in 2013. In 2018, we took on this difficult task again and achieved a further half-size reduction with the Panther Cub V2. The innovative Panther Cub Delay is one of the most compelling pedals in the JHS Pedals lineup, featuring an all-analog delay pedal with the highly unusual onboard tap tempo function. It also features a RATIO control that switches between four divisions: quarter note, dotted eighth note, eighth note, and triplet, a feature that has been available since the original Panther Delay in 2011. The Panther Cub's control and tweakability go far beyond what you can see onboard. You can assign an expression pedal to any control knob to change its settings remotely, control tap tempo externally, or even output the tap tempo set on the Panther Cub to sync with external devices.・ 1000msec delay (maximum 1 second) - Four 3205 BBD chips - Accurate onboard modulation even when using tap tempo - 4-position RATIO control (quarters, eighth notes, dotted eighth notes, triplets) Compact, pedalboard-friendly design. Top-mounted input/output jacks for space-saving operation. True bypass. Standard 9V DC center negative polarity.
