From a NY designer, this is a wonderful viscose challis, a lightweight and drapey woven with a cheetah print in sahdes of midnight and bleached blue (PANTONE 19-4013, 14-4210, 18-4 036...ish). The colors are not super-saturated, giving it a vintage look. It is soft and floaty, lightweight yet nearly opaque (tightly woven).
