How to Perform a Smoke Cleanse with Palo Santo What You’ll Need: A stick of Palo Santo A candle or lighter A fireproof dish (such as a ceramic bowl or shell) to catch ashes Optional: A feather or fan to help spread the smoke 1. Set Your Intention Like with any cleansing ritual, it's important to start by setting an intention. What do you want to achieve with your smoke cleanse?
