This "Scuba" knit (aka "neoprene") from a NY designer is substantial in weight with a micro-doubleknit construction, a smooth texture and a soft drape with some body. It has about 30% stretch in the width and is stable in the length. The fabulous 'atomic scramble' print features tones of blue, navy, aqua and white (PANTONE 19-3950, 14-4516, 19-3920, etc.). The reverse is a solid white.
