Created from 6061 T6 high quality, lightweight aluminum this rack is durable and will be able to handle most things you need to mount on it. Putco made this product with CNC 7 axis bending to be able to match your truck's cab height exactly. They also included pass through Custom Blade Grooves for in-stanchion wire routing in case you choose to add a Putco Blade LED Light Bar to your truck. This rack also is covered in a high impact durable black powder coat finish and has 500lbs of tie down strength. Bolt-On Installation and Required Hardware Included If a roll-up or retractable tonneau cover is installed on your truck, installing this rack does not mean you have to remove your cover. The reason for that is because this utilizes stake pocket bed mounts which attaches this rack to the four corners of your truck allowing for uninterrupted tonneau cover use. This stake pocket bed mount installation utilizes a c-clamp like mechanism to stabilize and secure the rack to the truck's bed rails without requiring drilling or cutting of any kind. Putco created this product with claw grip joints ensuring that every joint on this rack is secured with a four bolt mechanism and a CoreTEC block which goes a long way to stabilizing the rack and anything it is holding. This is also integrated with tie down points that helps conveniently create more places to help secure cargo. Also included with purchase is all of the needed hardware and detailed instructions to make installation a breeze.
