Named for the breathtaking vistas of the San Ignacio province, El Gran Mirador represents the pinnacle of Peruvian coffee craftsmanship. This lot is a "Women’s Coffee" initiative, produced by female farmers who manage every step from planting to harvest. Grown at high altitudes (1,500–1,800m), the slow maturation of the cherries results in a cup that is remarkably balanced, clean, and naturally sweet. Tasting Notes: Crisp red apple, sweet fig, and a smooth dark chocolate finish. Origin: Chirinos, Cajamarca, Peru. Producer: Women’s Cooperative of La Prosperidad de Chirinos.
