Inject your liquid culture through the injection port (port included, culture is not). Keep the bag somewhere dark at 75–80°F and let the bottom layer colonize for about 3 weeks. Gently break up and mix the grain, then compact the contents. Let the mycelium finish colonizing the rest of the bag, about 3 more weeks.
