All of our PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) are separated using PCB routers to assure a clean cut, where other manufacturer's boards are manually snapped apart. The forces applied when separating PCBs in this manner have a tendency to weaken solder joints or break capacitors, which will result in a bad pixel.
