TEACHER INFO: Ms. Alexis has been on my team for almost two years now and will be joining as a full time teacher, running the same curriculum as the rest of the sessions. If you can gift your child a million gifts, this class is one that will benefit them their whole lives. Throughout this 10 week session your child will learn the physiological responses that can occur during moments of worry, stress, anxiety, happiness, and all the emotions. With journaling, discussions, breathwork, and yoga your child will leave class with the knowledge of self-awareness, self-love, and self-confidence. In the event you decide your child cannot do this class after payment there is a nonrefundable deposit of $45. After the session begins there is a zero refund policy. If the minimum required for participation isn't met for the session a full refund will be given.
