His higher performance approach to traditional designs shows not only his skill as a shaper and his wisdom in board design, but he rips them to shreds as well! This twin from John is a great combination of a fish and a shortboard. It has a traditional outline with the widepoint forward and pulled in nose and swallow tail, but it's rails are foiled and slightly turned down for speed and maneuverability. Check out the bottom contours to find a single concave entry that blends nicely into a mellow double to vee out the tail. This twinny is on the flatter side, but has a subtle flip in the nose to hold in steeper drops.
