Here the dynamic duo are backed by Hugh Walker on drums and Richard Landrum on congas for a five-song set of unrelenting soul power. Side A kicks off with the Patton-Green originals 'The Yodel' and 'Soul Woman' while Side B presents versions of Duke Pearson's 'Amanda,' Sam Cooke's 'The Shake,' and the Marvin Gaye hit 'Ain't That Peculiar' which was penned by Smokey Robinson.
