After gentle picking, the grapes are destemmed then cold macerated for 12 to 16 hours. A small part of the young wine is matured in oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel tanks. Light, shiny, straw yellow. Smooth and charming on the nose. Notes of pineapples, ripe stone fruit, lime blossom and citrus zest. Lively and elegant on the palate with crisp acidity and lovely aromas.
