This is a fabulous and very unique tiered fringe mesh from a high end NY designer.... just amazing! The base fabric is a light nude toned mesh (PANTONE 13-1106-ish), and 2" long ey elash fibers hang in fluffy tiers. All of this is over-printed with a colorful abstact, which comes out more, or less saturated, or not at all, to create a wonderful effect of movement, dashes of color, and a soft and silky texture that is very pleasing to the touch! The fabric has a soft drape, and can be cut in either direction according to how you want the fringes to hang. SO COOL...impossible to photograph well, and much more wonderful in real life! Make a cardigan, shrug, shawl, sheath dress, skirt, etc. Some styles will need lining as although the mesh is not thin, it has an open weave so it's a bit sheer.
