Seymour Tubis This 1979 oil on paper abstracted liquid forms entitled Cosmos IX is by Santa Fe artist Seymour Tubis (1919-1993). Tubis studied at the Art Students League with Hans Hofmann (1946-1949). He exhibited in Paris in 1950 and won praise from Georges Braque. He was Chair of the Fine Art Department at the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe (1963-1980). 1979 Oil on Paper 24"x18.25" unframed Excellent vintage condition. Show more
