Seymour Tubis This 1979 oil on paper abstracted liquid forms entitled Cosmos VIII is by Santa Fe artist Seymour Tubis (1919-1993). Tubis studied at the Art Students League with Han s Hofmann (1946-1949). He exhibited in Paris in 1950 and won praise from Georges Braque. He was Chair of the Fine Art Department at the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe (1963-1980). 1979 Oil on Paper 23.25"x17.5" unframed Excellent vintage condition. Show more
