Original circa 1897 cabinet card, 6.5" x 4.25". Little boy proudly posing with his spotted cat, who is perched on a foot stool. The boy is identified as Clifford Osborn Totten; I b elieve I was able to find info on him online - he was born in 1892, served in the army in World War I and earned a Purple Heart; died in 1958.Studio imprint on the back is HALL PHOTO CO. Not sure exactly where that was located, but I believe Sandusky, Ohio. Very good antique condition overall.
