Seymour Tubis This 20th century seated expressionist nude figure in pastel and ink is by Santa Fe artist Seymour Tubis (1919-1993). Tubis studied at the Art Students League with Ha ns Hofmann (1946-1949). He exhibited in Paris in 1950 and won praise from Georges Braque. He was Chair of the Fine Art Department at the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe (1963-1980). 20th Century Pastel and Ink on Paper 19"x24.75" unframed Initialed on the bottom.
