Arak de Kefraya is the only spirit produced at Château de Kefraya winery in the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon. The Château only uses estate-grown grapes for all their products. Their ara k is made from the cinsaut grape varietal and distilled four times. During its last two distillations, quality aniseed sourced from Syria is added. Show more
