622180R Nordyne 240v Blower Relay 622180R is an OEM Nordyne blower relay designed to switch the furnace or air handler blower motor on and off on a 240 VAC control signal. Engineered for reliable performance in forced-air HVAC systems, it fits directly onto the control board with quick-connect spade terminals. Technical Specifications Specification Detail OEM Part Number 622180R Application Blower motor relay for Nordyne HVAC units Voltage Rating 240 VAC Dimensions 2.5″ × 3.9″ × 1.25″ Terminal Connections Four 1/4″ male quick-connect spade lugs Mounting Snap-in relay socket Net Weight 2.0 lb Cross-Reference Part Numbers OEM Part Number Replaces 622180R 622180R Compatibility Fits Nordyne, Nordyne Miller, Intertherm, and private-label gas furnaces or air handlers originally equipped with a 240 VAC blower relay. Also compatible with Amana and Ducane models that use the same relay footprint and terminal layout. Always verify your control board’s relay socket and wiring diagram before ordering. Technician Notes De-energize all power to the furnace or air handler before servicing. Open the control panel and locate the existing blower relay on the board or relay socket. Photograph or label each spade terminal to preserve original wiring orientation. Pull off spade connectors and unseat the old relay from its socket. Snap the new 622180R relay into place and reconnect each wire to the matching terminal. Restore power and initiate a heat or cool call; confirm the blower motor engages immediately and de-energizes when the call ends. If blower fails to start or drops out prematurely, check coil voltage at the relay and inspect for loose connections or a weak control transformer.
