Seymour Tubis This 1949 abstracted seascape etching entitled Central Park #2 is by Santa Fe artist Seymour Tubis (1919-1993). Tubis studied at the Art Students League with Hans Hof mann (1946-1949). He exhibited in Paris in 1950 and won praise from Georges Braque. He was Chair of the Fine Art Department at the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe (1963-1980). 1949 Etching on Paper 11"x6.75" unframed Signed, dated and titled on the bottom.
