Featuring a robust all-metal body, an innoFader crossfader, performance pads, an instant loop encoder, and a toggle paddle, this versatile scratch mixer is designed to set a new standard for its price range. It combines functionality, versatility, quality, and performance. This content is recommended for beginners and advanced users alike, and is aimed at anyone looking for a compact scratch-enabled DJ mixer or a DJ mixer compatible with Serato DJ Pro. *This product does not include a control vinyl or control CD for Serato DJ Pro. If you want to use DVS control with a turntable, you will need to purchase a Serato-compatible control vinyl separately. ■ Software FX Six FX buttons provide quick access to a variety of effects with both timing and intensity control, which are activated by intuitive toggle paddles, providing operability on a par with that of larger models. ■Performance-Oriented Features A variety of functions to liven up your mix: Four performance pads allow you to trigger hot cues, create buildups and speedy beat stab rolls, control the sampler, and more. Each channel also has independent direct-access software looping controls, allowing for creative play. Furthermore, it is equipped with software-independent low/high-pass filters, allowing you to use analog turntables in the same way as software-based FX controls. This is an extremely flexible mixer. ■ Instant Loop Encoder The Instant Loop Encoder simplifies loop playback. Pressing down on the encoder while a beat is playing will loop the beat according to the parameters set in the software. Turning the knob to the right lengthens the beat, and turning it to the left shortens the loop. ■High sound quality The Numark Scratch boasts unparalleled specs, including a 108dB S/N ratio, high-level balanced XLR outputs, independent Zone/Booth controls, and a professional-standard innoFADER crossfader. This is a high-quality crossfader built for scratch DJs. Its smooth action and exceptional reliability make it ideal for the most demanding DJs' nonstop action. ■DVS compatible Scratch is available for download with Serato DJ Pro, allowing DJs to connect turntables or CD/media players and control Serato DJ Pro using CDs or USB memory sticks containing Serato Tone Vinyl and control signals. ■Connectivity Scratch is equipped with XLR main outputs, unbalanced booth outputs, unbalanced line/phono channel inputs, XLR and 1/4-inch TS mic/auxiliary inputs, and a dedicated mic level control to suit any setup.
