This is a stretch cotton brushed twill from a NY designer with a navy and white quirky abstract design (PANTONE 19-4025). Wonderful quality, nice medium weight with a cottony drape and a brushed texture on the face, and 25% stretch in the width only. It is backed with a very thin fusible interfacing (this was done by the designer), that does not inhibit the stretch.
