From a CA designer, this is an exquisite embroidered mesh lace in a geranium red (PANTONE 17-1753). The base is a poly mesh, and the textured embroidery is all cotton (matte) and v iscose ("sheeny"). It has a the weight and texture of a guipure lace but with a softer drape, and is photographed on a white background to show the openness of the weave.
