The solution will efficiently lower pH levels to between 5.8 - 6.8 and keep them lowered while also softening the water through the precipitation of both calcium and magnesium. Seachem Discus Buffer is safe for all freshwater fish acclimated to acid based pH levels. The formula contains phosphate buffers and conditioning agents.Directions:Use 1 level teaspoon (5 g) for every 40-80 L (10-20 US gallons) of aquarium water daily until intended pH level is reached.
