From a NY designer, this is a lovely embroidered eyelet, shirting/dress weight with a lyrical floral scroll design. The base fabric is a fine cotton batiste, and the embroidery is polyester (25" vertical, 8.5" horizontal repeat). The color is basic black. Make a lovely skirt, dress, tunic or top!
