Seymour Tubis This 1962 abstract Redwood tree pastel drawing is by Santa Fe artist Seymour Tubis (1919-1993). Tubis studied at the Art Students League with Hans Hofmann (1946-1949) . He exhibited in Paris in 1950 and won praise from Georges Braque. He was Chair of the Fine Art Department at the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe (1963-1980). 1962 Pastel on Paper 19"x24" unframed Signed lower left.
