This is a gorgeous stretch silk chiffon from a NY designer, sheer with a floaty drape. It has about 25% widthwise stretch and the print features a wonderful peacock feather montage (40" repeat) in beautiful shades of turquoise, aqua and teal (PANTONE 16-5123, 18-4728, etc.).
