Tingsha (Tibetan bell) MEINL Tingshas are authentically crafted in honour of classic Tibetan cymbals. Each cymbal consists of two metal plates attached to either end of a string, a llowing the cymbals to ring when struck together. Hearing the shared sound of each cymbal through its overtones can aid in meditation. Tingshas are used to release vibrational blockages in the environment as well as in the individual.
