The basic design follows the industry -standard Reflexion Filter PRO. The materials and the structure of the microphone stand mounting bracket have been redesigned to make it lighter. The RF-X filter design consists of four layers: an outer perforated composite panel, a wool fabric layer, an air gap layer, and an inner foam layer.
