This is a lovely cotton/viscose voile woven with a very subtle seersucker-like texture, a cottony shirt weight, semi-opaque with a soft drape. The charming "dandelion puff" print f eatures tones of chambray blue, navy and white (PANTONE 18-4036, etc.).
