Additionally, we developed a hardened HC-OFC conductor for optimal compatibility with instruments and microphones. While the QAC-222 is centered around the HC-OFC conductor, its design follows the QAC-202. The conductor is covered with a low-dielectric polyethylene (PE) insulator, which reduces the cable's capacitance, reducing signal transmission loss and achieving excellent high-frequency response. The inner sheath covering the insulator is made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE). By setting the inner sheath to a different hardness from the insulator, vibrations transmitted through the cable are effectively suppressed, resulting in sharper sound positioning.
