Seymour Tubis This pastel, entitled Sketch for Anemone Series #3, is by Santa Fe artist Seymour Tubis (1919-1993). Tubis studied at the Art Students League with Hans Hofmann (1946- 1949). He exhibited in Paris in 1950 and won praise from Georges Braque. He was Chair of the Fine Art Department at the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe (1963-1980). 20th CenturyPastel on Paper5.75" x 8.5" unframed Initialed on the lower right.
