Seymour Tubis This May 1982 expressionist seascape in ink and watercolor entitled Monterey, CA is by Santa Fe artist Seymour Tubis (1919-1993). Tubis studied at the Art Students Le ague with Hans Hofmann (1946-1949). He exhibited in Paris in 1950 and won praise from Georges Braque.
