Bourgogne Aligoté AOC100% AligotéOrganic & Biodynamic From a single parcel in the Cortambert commune, pink jurassic granite on blue clay subsoil, South-West facing.Harvested by han d, slow whole-bunch pressed. Fermented in enamel lined tanks for 10 months at low temp. Bottled once fermentation complete. Textured, richy and oily. Spiced quince, pear and a long, herbal finish. This is more comparable to Bouzeron and is leagues ahead of so much of the lean Aligoté that comes out of Burgundy. Show more
