Holographic Trainer and Energy Cards Except for holographic cards, the booster packs also include holographic trainer and energy cards. The holographic trainer cards include Item cards, Poké Ball cards, Quick Ball cards as well as trainer "Peony". Holographic energy cards include Basic Lightning Energy cards, Basic Psychic Energy cards, and Basic Dark Energy cards.
