Cold Pack for Live Plant Shipments When summer heats up, so do our shipping precautions. If your local daytime temperatures are reaching 90°F (32°C) or higher, we require adding th is cold pack to your order as part of our DOA Policy for live plant shipments. Please select one (1x) per order. These cold packs offer cooling protection up to 100°F. If temperatures exceed that, we may temporarily hold your shipment to ensure your plants arrive healthy and covered under our Aquatic Plant DOA guarantee. If you forgot to add one to your plant order, please place a separate order for just the heat pack ASAP — we’ll combine your shipments and refund the extra shipping charge. Show more
