The “Space Race” Collection is inspired by one of the most defining eras in human space exploration - a time of intense competition and groundbreaking innovation in spaceflight. It began with the launch of the first artificial satellite in 1957 and continued with robotic missions to the Moon, Venus, and Mars, ultimately leading to sending humans into Earth’s orbit and to the Moon. This collection pays tribute to that extraordinary period of technological advancement and human ambition. The 1975 Apollo-Soyuz mission symbolized a turning point - transforming competition into cooperation and marking the close of this historic chapter in space exploration. Show more
