This 3d printed jig is set up for the bullet hinge with a 25/32"barrel (.78" OR 19.8mm). We have found this works on a 7" or 6" bullet hinge. This will set up the hinge easily in t he correct position and offset for you to tack the hinge in place. You will get a total of 2 sets of jigs to set 2 hinges at the same time. The jigs have removeable shim of 1/8, 3/16, and 1/4" to get your perfect gap between the door and frame. The bottom side of the jig have magnets to help secure the jigs to steel. Show more
