Malolactic fermentation and a brief 2 months aging in a mix of French and American oak barrels add subtle structure. The wine follows minimal intervention principles—no stabilization or clarification is applied. Tasting Notes Ruby red with bright purple hues. Complex aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and Mediterranean herbs are enhanced by subtle oak spicing and fresh acidity. On the palate, medium to full-bodied, with smooth tannins and balanced depth, finishing persistently with hints of balsamic and minerality.
